Aerial Straps is an apparatus that demands great strength & body control. Often compared to the aerial rings in gymnastics, the straps have a hand loop at the end, rather than rings attached. Due to the upper body strength required to master this apparatus, it is commonly performed by men however Melise brings a feminine touch to this strong apparatus with elegant movement & beautiful lines.

Melise is an award-winning circus artist, known for her thrilling, high-energy acts. She has spent the last 10 years performing for many of Australia’s high-profile companies & tv shows.

At the 3rd Annual Australian Circus Festival, she was voted ‘2017 Best Female Artist’ and has trained with some of the worlds best coaches including renowned Russian Coach Victor Fomine.
